Shipping Policy
Samuriki ships to all locations in the U.S generally via USPS and UPS based on which method you selected at checkout.
- All orders placed online will be processed and shipped quickly with the slowest being within 2 business days.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and major U.S. holidays. In case you placed an order during the weekend, or during a major holiday, you order will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
- Overall shipment time may vary between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location and shipment method selected.
PLEASE NOTE:
Once your item has been fulfilled, you will receive an automatic notification to your email with your orderβs tracking information. In case the product you ordered is not in stock and is not available for immediate shipping, we will promptly inform of you of the estimated date of availability, either by e-mail or by phone, so please kindly check your email box after placing an order.
- Tracking information may not reflect the very latest status of your package, especially if your package was shipped using USPS. If that is the case, please allow 1 to 2 days for your package status to reflect.
- If you don't see an email notification, please check your spam box, log onto your account or contact our customer service.
- Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays, including those that are observed by the United States Postal Office.
