Can you get the shipping cost refunded?

Yes, you can. It's simple. It's fast. It saves you money. 

Instead of paying outsiders to do marketing for us (all businesses need to do marketing to survive and thrive), we redirect marketing dollars to benefit our customers instead.

How does it work? It's very straightforward and involves just 3 steps:

STEP 1: Received an Offer for Shipping Refund

Pretty obvious. Unless you found this page by accident, this is a given. You must receive this offer from us. We only can refund the shipping for a specific order.

Additionally, you must also have purchased another Samuriki product from an outside marketplace (eg. Amazon, Ebay, Target, Walmart, etc.) We typically already verified this before presenting you with the offer.

STEP 2: Perform a Micro Marketing Task

This requires a tiny bit of work from you. Instead of us paying marketers to do promotions, you can help promote our brand and get rewarded. It's a micro marketing activity to help us grow. There are two options:

  • OPTION 1: Write a testimonial in form of a product review at the external retailer website (Amazon, Ebay, Target, Walmart, etc.)  where you purchased a Samuriki product.

    It doesn't have to be long. Write it your way, no scripting. You just share your true, honest experience about the product to help others make their decisions when considering our product. If you have trouble with what to write, consider answering questions such as: what did you buy the product for, did it meet your expectation for this purpose, would you recommend it to others?


    To leave a product review, you typically go to the retailer's order history, find the product purchased and choose leave product review.

You must complete OPTION 1 or OPTION 2 within 15 days of receiving the offer.

STEP 3: Get Your Shipping Refunded!

After completing Step 2, click Request Refund below.

Within 2 business day, our team will verify your Step 2 completion and issue a shipping refund to your order. If we have any questions, such as finding your Step 2 incomplete, we'll reach out to you to let you know and get it resolved.
